You might be surprised to see a page on the rates that we charge as it's not something that many plumbers put on their web sites (and we've looked) but we want to be clear and transparant about our costs and service. 

We do not charge a call out - ever! However, please note that our minimum charge is 1hr and after that we bill in 15min intervals. Please note that the rates listed below do not include VAT which will be added at the rate of  20%
